Manchester United has completed the signing of Fenerbahce goalkeeper Altay Bayindir, the deal cost United £4.2million to bring the Turkish keeper to England. The Turkish international will be the first Turkish player to ever play for Manchester United, “It’s a huge honour to join United and become the first Turkish player to represent this incredible club” Bayindir said.

The 25 years Turkish goalkeeper arrived at United on Tuesday to undergo his medical with the new club, following United’s concern for his fitness and can fit in for Onana in his absence.
Altay Bayindir made 40 appearances in all competitions as Jorge Jesus’ side finished second in the Super Lig, won the Turkish Cup and reached the Round of 16 in the Europa league.
Mame Biram Diouf, who represented the Senegal national team but was born in Dakar, Senegal, and raised in Turkey. Although he primarily played for Senegal internationally, he spent a few years at Manchester United. He was the first player from that region to play for united but the difference was that he never get to play for the Turkish national team.
