Following the Victor Osimhen transfer to Manchester United rumor, the Nigerian International striker recently shared his thoughts on a potential move to Manchester United after being linked to Chelsea.
With Manchester United struggling to get the best out of their new signings Hojlund and Zirkzee, the red devil might be forced to look elsewhere for an alternative. Manchester United have recently sparked a bid for the Nigerian striker.
Though Victor Osimhen has been heavily linked to Chelsea following a failed transfer last summer, which resulted in Osimhen moving to Galatasaray on a season-long loan deal with no option to buy.
Napoli plans to take advantage of Victor Osimhen’s good performance to cash in. Napoli recently put a release clause of £75 million on him, with various clubs like Manchester United, Paris Saint-Germain, and Chelsea in line.
Following the Galatasaray 0-0 draw with Fernabache, Victor Osimhen was asked if he was going to return to the club on a permanent deal, with his contract with Napoli expected to end in 2026.
“I don’t know, to be honest,” he told Hasan Tankaya. “A few months ago, nobody ever thought I would come to Galatasaray, despite how big of a club they are. he said.
“I live in the moment. For what’s going to happen in the summer, I don’t know, but I want everyone to understand something. I really love this club so much. I love the fans; I love everyone associated with this club, from the president down to the coaching staff.”
A move to the English Premier League might be something we will see next season for the Nigerian international striker.
