The quarter final draw of the Carabao Cup was drew on Wednesday, the round 16 ended with a lot of talking point with Newcastle defeating Manchester United at home in front of almost 75,000 fans. West Ham also thrashed out Arsenal in a 3-1 win.
Many teams made it to the quarter final of the Carabao Cup, teams like Everton, Fulham, Chelsea, Newcastle, Port Vale, Middlesbrough, Liverpool and West Ham all scaled through.

The quarter final games are to be played December 19th, Chelsea will be playing informed Newcastle from Home. Newcastle reward for thrashing out Manchester United is a draw against weak Chelsea team, while the hammers will travel to Armfield to player Liverpool. Fulham 3-1 win against Ipswich earned them a place at the quarter final, while a 3-0 win for Everton against Burnley will see Fulham and Everton play against each other at the quarter final.
There were a lot of controversial officiating at the Carabao round 16 due to the fact that there was no VAR in the games, Manchester united also suffered from the officiating as well as Arsenal Aaron Ramsdale also complaining and Raheem Sterling deserved to have a decent penalty shout turned down; and yet neither of those first-half decisions went to VAR.
