Victor Osimhen might be joining the wave of stars moving to Saudi Arabia as part of the Gulf state’s ambitious campaign to strengthen their presence in European football this summer.
According to L’Équipe’s latest report, the Serie A champions, Napoli, have rejected two substantial offers from Al-Hilal for the Nigerian international. The first bid amounted to €120 million, while the second one escalated to €140 million.
Victor Osimhen’s performance last campaign
The 24-year-old forward, who impressively netted 31 goals in all competitions last season, has engaged in discussions with representatives from the Saudi club. Napoli is anticipating an even higher sum if they are to part ways with their top scorer from last season, while they also hope that Osimhen might consider extending his contract in Campania.
